2. Service Description

AI Video Insight is a Chrome browser extension that provides AI-powered summaries of YouTube videos. The Service:

• Extracts subtitles from YouTube videos you choose to summarize
• Uses artificial intelligence to generate structured summaries, mind maps, and chapter timelines
• Runs as a browser sidebar panel alongside YouTube videos
• Allows you to save, export, and share summaries
• Supports multiple languages for summary output

3. Account Terms

• You must sign in with a valid Google account to use the Service.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account.
• You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Free Trial and Usage Limits

New users receive a 30-day free trial with access to basic features, including up to 3 summaries per day. After the trial period, you may continue using the free tier with daily limits or upgrade to a paid subscription for unlimited access.

5. Payment and Subscription Terms

5.1 Pricing

AI Video Insight Pro is available at the following prices:

• Monthly plan: $7.99 per month
• Yearly plan: $59.88 per year (equivalent to $4.99 per month)

5.2 Billing

Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Payment is processed securely through Stripe.

5.3 Automatic Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date.

6. Cancellation and Refund Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. Your Pro features remain active until the end of your current billing period.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to violate any applicable laws, infringe intellectual property rights, reverse-engineer the extension, use automated scripts to circumvent usage limits, or share account credentials.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its code, design, logos, and trademarks, is owned by AI Video Insight. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms. You retain ownership of exported summaries and shared pages.

9. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Summaries and other outputs are generated by artificial intelligence and may contain errors or inaccuracies. Always refer to the original video content for authoritative information.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AI VIDEO INSIGHT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by applicable laws. Disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, and if unsuccessful, through binding arbitration or the courts of competent jurisdiction.
